The presentation flowed really well. The narration was very clear and slow. Good bullet points. I was impressed with the whole project. They showed and explained the dependencies on one another and the tasks before. Yes the assumptions were clear, well explained, and made sense. the shortening of a task pushed all the days forward. It was clearly explained. Yes there were introspections. They talked about MS project and not their specific project. Good introspections.

Well done. Easy to read slides. Clear narration. The total project time was given. The dependency among tasks was clearly explained. I liked how you had circled the dates for the point you were trying to make. The slide on time frame adjustment was clear and informative. Well done.
