Be a US senator. YOu get whatever you need for as long as you need by any doctor you choose. So does you family. When you retire (after 6 years) You will continue to get your full salary and if you die your wife will get it unitl she dies. I haven’t heard of anything better than that yet!!!…….. Except Gods plan. Gods care plan ends up with you in his care for the after life. We are on our own physically in this life. In this life I believe he has the best care for your spirit.
